Most first-time clients ask me the same questions, usually in the last five minutes before the session. So let me answer them here, in the open, before you even book.
Booking is a two-line message
Write us on WhatsApp or Telegram: which massage, which day. That is genuinely all. No account, no forms, no explanations about who you are or why you are coming.
The first ten minutes
You arrive, I show you the room, you take a shower and lie down under a towel however you are comfortable. Before I start, I ask two questions: where do you carry tension, and is there anything you do not want touched. Your answers set the rules for the whole session.
You do not have to do anything
You do not need to make conversation. You do not need to know massage terminology. You do not even need to stay awake — falling asleep on the table is a compliment, not an embarrassment.
The one thing I ask
Tell me if pressure is too much or too little. A massage is a dialogue, and the best sessions happen with clients who say "softer" or "harder" without hesitating.
